For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Junior IAM Operations Specialist (IT Support)

Location: remote
Branch: banking (Swiss client)
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: first contract till the end of 2026 (with possibility of prolongation)
Rate: 60-80 PLN/h net
Start date: ASAP/July
Working hours: flexible working hours possible, including availability out-side standard business hours
Working model: 100% remote work

Role summary:

Contractor will provide
operational support within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function to ensure continuity of day-to-day services during the temporary allocation of internal resources to a strategic IAM transformation initiative.

Tech stack:

  • SailPoint IIQ v8.3p2 (= the old IAM system)
  • Active Directory (PowerShell, AD “Users and Computers” Console)
  • EntraID (EntraID Admin Portal)
  • Exchange Online Admin Portal

What will you do:

  • IAM Ticket Processing: Perform manual fulfillment of access requests and incidents, ensuring timely and accurate execution in line with defined SLAs and security policies.
  • User Support & Advisory: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on access requests, entitlement issues, and IAM-related processes.
  • Access Provisioning & Changes: Execute direct access changes in various target systems (e.g., granting, modifying, and revoking permissions) in accordance with approved requests and compliance requirements.
  • Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) Processing: Carry out manual steps within JML workflows, ensuring that onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities are completed reliably and in a timely manner.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities are properly documented and aligned with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.

What we expect from you:

  • Min. 1-2 years of experience on similar job position
  • Experience with Active Directory / EntraID / M365
  • Experience with IAM / IGA Software (SailPoint, Saviynt, Novell IDM etc.)
  • Experience with Exchange / mailbox management
  • Experience PowerShell (executing scripts, not writing them)
  • Engineering skills & experience are nice to have (as Administrator of Active Directory, EntraID, Azure or Exchange)
  • Knowledge of English on min. C1 level
    (knowledge of other language such as German, French, Italian is nice to have)
