Your new role
As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will play a key role in defining and governing the architectural vision of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining platform architecture, establishing technical governance standards, evaluating solution designs, guiding development teams on best practices, and ensuring the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will also support platform modernization initiatives, integrations with third-party systems, and the adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
The role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor for ServiceNow-related architecture decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture and solution design responsibilities.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, workflows, tables, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scripting, and platform governance.
- Strong knowledge of both client-side and server-side development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, and integrations.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, migration projects, and platform lifecycle management.
- Experience establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and architectural best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in global and distributed environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, APM, or Enterprise Architecture-related certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification would be a strong advantage.
