Lead Representative / Accounting Specialist
Derivatives Support Team – Banking Industry
Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting investment funds through expert handling of derivatives and client relationships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage OTC derivatives within investment fund portfolios
  • Open and close trades, oversee lifecycle events of derivatives
  • Analyze derivative-related data to ensure accurate accounting
  • Liaise with clients and brokers to resolve discrepancies
  • Take ownership of specific clients and projects
What We Expect
  • 2–3 years of experience in a finance-related area (fund accounting or investment funds preferred)
  • Third-level qualification, ideally in a business-related discipline
  • Solid financial knowledge, especially of instruments and accounting
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel in particular)
  • Well-organised, analytical, and reliable approach to work
  • Responsibility, timeliness, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
Contract Details
  • Employment contract for 12 months
  • 12 000 - 14 000 PLN gross/month
