Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) with experience or tact who has experience in leading, organising and motivating Agile project teams. If you are currently working as an ADM or Senior Scrum Master, this could be a great fit for you. Working with Agile Delivery Managers to assume the role of a coach, team members and sometime other ADMs how to optimize their efficiency within the program team best. The person in this role ‘into the weeds’ fully understanding teams' priorities, details of backlogs, cross team dependencies, product functions to best execute their role.

What will you do:

● Leading and coaching multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles

and methodologies.

● Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and

retrospective meetings) to drive collaboration, productivity, and efficiency.

● Collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure

alignment and successful project delivery.

● Providing mentorship and guidance to team members on Agile practices and

frameworks.

● Continuously improving Agile processes through evaluation, adaptation, and

implementation of best practices.

● Delivery of a clearly defined agile programme outcome (goal/value) coaching towards

an iterative delivery of the programme

● Facilitate alignment and collaboration between tech teams that have dependencies

on each other and/or contribute to the overall outcome

● Working directly with other ADMs and their feature and platform teams to facilitate

delivery of the programme.

What we expect from you:

● Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in Agile delivery, Scrum Master roles, or related positions is vital. Experience in leading Agile teams through full project lifecycles is often required. This should be demonstrable in different Agile environments.

● Certifications: Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM/A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM1/2), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) with additional Agile certifications related to Kanban, Scaling Agile or Product.

● Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams, excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, and the capacity to resolve conflicts are crucial.

● Technical Aptitude: While not always mandatory, having a technical background or understanding of the industry in which they operate can be advantageous in understanding project complexities.

● Strategic Thinking: Capability to align Agile practices with overall business goals and a strategic mindset to plan for long-term success within the Agile framework.

● Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles

● Knowledge of Agile frameworks (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and an understanding of software development life cycle models.

● Expert in Agile techniques such as, user story creation, estimation, velocity & dependency mapping, etc.

● Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence & ADO
