Your new role

As a AI Operations Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize end‑to‑end AI pipelines that seamlessly integrate artificial intelligence into operational environments. You will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models in production, while also mentoring a team of junior AI Ops Engineers and fostering a culture of innovation.

• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to develop scalable, reliable AI pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for model training, deployment, and inference, ensuring strong practices in versioning, monitoring, and autoscaling.
• Apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) principles to create reproducible AI environments and integrate them into CI/CD processes.
• Oversee secure, seamless deployment of AI models into production systems.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track model performance, detect data drift, and ensure data quality.
• Develop and implement deep learning models and neural networks for use cases such as computer vision, NLP, and speech processing.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines for performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Lead and mentor junior AI Ops Engineers, providing guidance on deployment strategies, observability, and AI Ops best practices.
• Promote continuous learning and experimentation within the team, encouraging adoption of emerging tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project goals and communicate progress effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI Ops, machine learning, or DevOps.
• Certifications in AI, ML, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize full AI pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally managing small engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
• Excellent communication skills.
