Change Manger (OCM Specialist)

Location: Warsaw
Working model: 100% remote
Industry: pharmaceutical

Type of contract: B2B via Hays Poland
Rate: up to 125 PLN/h net + VAT
Start date: ASAP, max. within 1 month
Working hours: Standard business hours

We are looking for Change Manger (OCM Specialist) with:

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management program design and implementation, leveraging change management principles, methodologies,and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goalsand objectives.
• Successful experience working in a multicultural environmentand building strong networks.
• Proactive self starter; effective in both team settings and asan individual contributor and ability to handle multipleassignments and tasks independently/with minimalsupervision.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or tech industry is a plus

On this position you will:

• Engage in a critical project related to Access and Identity Management
• Ownership of tactical stream
• Execution of change strategy as planned by internal resource
• Creation of project OCM documents, i.e., campaigns, presentations, etc
• Change Agent Network Upkeep
• Priority will be spent on OCM relative activities, however, can be considered to assist with other project communication tasks
