Our client is a Swedish international green energy company. Currently we are looking for Citrix Engineer. Remote work from Poland is possible.

Your new role

You will be working in a team that is very close to the technical application maintenance as well as business. The team is a multi-competence team located in several countries, operating mission critical IT services to highly demanding business areas.

Responsibilities:
- Automating and orchestrating workloads across private and public cloud
- Secure environment
- Ensure that agreed service levels for up-time and other KPI’s are met at any time
- Follow the change management process
- Ensure incident resolution is meeting the agreed KPIs at all times
- Manage to test, debug, and analyze performance
- Plan and manage all activities associated with the support and administration

What you'll need to succeed

You are not only an expert technician but you also have social competence and understand the need of business. As a Citrix engineer you possess a majority of the following qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Citrix
- Experience with Windows Servers (2012 and higher), Active Directory & Group Policies, Ivanti suite (Application Control, Environment Manager), Provisioning, Virtual Apps, Virtual Desktops. StoreFront, Powershell
- Strong communication skills
- Operations minded
- Ability to translate complicated technical matters into simple understandable language

Desirable:
- O365 / Azure / AVD
- ADC (Netscaler)
- Experience in a large international environment
