Clearance Broker with English (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Clearance Broker with English!
Federal Express Corporation (FedEx Express) is the world's largest express transportation company. FedEx Express' global transportation network ensures fast, reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments around the world.

Working hours depend on the assigned team:
  • Ireland team: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30–16:30 and late shift 9:30–17:30. Required English level: C1+.
  • Belgium team: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30–15:30 and late shift 10:00–18:00. Required English level: B2/C1.

A hybrid working model (2/3 days a week from the office) will be possible after the first 3 months of work.
Start date: 4.05

As a Clearance Broker with English, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining logistics and transport documentation
  • Entering data into the system and checking its correctness
  • Providing professional customer service in the English language
  • Calculation of customs duties and transport fees

The perfect candidate:
  • Speaks English fluently (min. B2+)
  • Has excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Wants to develop in an international company
