For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Collections Analyst with English to join Credit Management team.

Within this position you will be responsible for contacting customers via phone and email. Your duties will include account, billing and payment review to audit account and account resolution to understand what resolution is needed to obtain payment from a customer. You will be resolving different queries and liasing with other business areas.

We are looking for Candidates with fluent English - C1 level. Previous experience in customer service will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
