About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Operations Manager to support the International Partner Markets team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of contracts — preparing, reviewing, coordinating approvals, and ensuring alignment with internal procedures.

Important: We will consider ONLY candidates with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, who understand distribution frameworks and have hands‑on expertise in negotiating and drafting distribution agreements and related commercial contracts.
If you enjoy working with documents, are well‑organized, and feel comfortable collaborating with global teams, this role offers a fully remote setup with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and update contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documents.
  • Coordinate the contract process from drafting to signature and archiving.
  • Ensure compliance with internal templates, SOPs, and contract procedures.
  • Support internal teams by explaining contract terms and answering questions.
  • Track deadlines and ensure all obligations are met.
  • Maintain an organized digital contract database.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.


What We’re Looking For
Mandatory industry requirement:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including familiarity with distribution frameworks and the ability to draft and negotiate distribution agreements and related commercial contracts. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
General qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in contract management.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Fluent English.
