Your new role

We are seeking a senior leader to take charge of CRM and digital platform development, ensuring these systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to influence technology direction within a global organization and lead high‑impact initiatives.

What you’ll do
  • Drive the evolution and maintenance of CRM and digital solutions
  • Guarantee system performance, compliance, and resilience
  • Oversee project delivery and change implementation
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor partnerships
  • Build strong teams and develop specialist capabilities
  • Support transformation and strategic programs at enterprise level

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 8 years of IT leadership experience in complex organisations
  • Minimum 3 years managing large teams (20+ people)
  • Expertise in CRM (operational and analytical) - SAS CRM, Salesforce, Pega CRM
  • Solid knowledge of software development and agile practices
  • Strong collaboration skills with business and technology partners
  • Experience with budget ownership and supplier management
  • Fluent English; Java/SQL knowledge is a plus
