Customer Operations & Administration Specialist with Finnish

For one of our clients, a global and fast-growing Shared Service Center located in Gdańsk, we are looking for candidates who speak Finnish and want to develop their skills in an international environment.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and process invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service related to billing inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all invoices, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
  • Work closely with business units to maintain excellent cooperation and support.
  • Assisting in managing financial results by accurately allocating revenue and costs to the appropriate month.
  • Managing master data in systems, such as customer data, etc.
  • Building positive relationships with the clients.

COMPETENCES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good command of the English language
  • Fluency in Finnish
  • Initial experience in a corporate environment
  • Background in business processes, administration, or finance would be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and Word
  • Good customer service skills
