For one of our Clients, a fintech company, we are currently seeking a passionate and bilingual Customer Service and Sales Specialist to support our German-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
