Customer Service Representative
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model: 3 days office / 2 days home office)
For our Client – a global organization operating in the distribution of electronic components and semiconductors for industries such as automation, automotive, and telecommunications – we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers across the EMEA region.
Role Overview The role is responsible for end‑to‑end order management and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle. The position requires close cooperation with customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Full order management, including order entry, changes, cancellations, and delivery updates
  • Monitoring order status, backlog files, and on-time delivery performance
  • Coordination with logistics and distribution centers, including shipments and returns (RMA)
  • Maintaining accurate data, reports, and system updates
  • Regular communication with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Supporting special customer programs and process improvements
Requirements
  • Higher education or currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s level is an advantage)
  • Prior experience in customer service or a B2B environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
