We are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual for the position of Customer Service Specialist with German.

The person in this role will be responsible for:
  • Providing professional customer service to German-speaking clients
  • Resolving issues and providing information about products and services
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service
  • Maintaining documentation and reporting activities
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of German (B2/C1)
  • Experience in customer service is an additional advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
