  • Handling customer inquiries in German via emails, phone calls and chat
  • Resolving issues and providing information about financial services
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service
  • Updating and maintaining the customer database
  • Adhering to company procedures and standards

Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (C1)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and solve problems independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to have:
  • Polish or English at A2/B1 level
  • Experience in Customer Service
