For our client, an international company building a Microsoft Dynamics 365 team in Gliwice, we are looking for a D365 CRM Business Analyst. This hybrid role bridges business needs with technical delivery across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and the Power Platform. The position focuses on gathering and translating requirements, supporting solution design, and contributing to functional configuration to ensure effective, scalable CRM solutions.

Your new role

The role involves gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, leading workshops, and identifying improvement opportunities. It includes configuring Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, forms, views, rules, workflows, dashboards) while maintaining a fit‑to‑standard approach, and supporting low‑code development with Power Automate and Power Apps as well as basic integration work. The position acts as a liaison between business and IT, manages stakeholder communication, supports backlog prioritization, and guides end users. It also covers defining reporting needs, ensuring data quality, supporting data migration, and contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement of CRM solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business, IT, or a related field and brings min. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within CRM projects. The profile includes hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing), a strong understanding of business processes, and solid skills in documentation and process modeling. Experience with the Power Platform, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI, along with familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware) and relevant certifications are considered a plus. Key competencies include strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, attention to detail, and effective collaboration in cross‑functional, international environments.
