1. Showing team effort in working together with other Field Engineers and also with local operators, maintenance & quality staff from our customers.
2. Execution of the Service & Installation activities including start-up and commissioning at our customer site.
3. Working at all time according Safety and Hygienic policy of company and his customers.
4. Working together with the designated site coordinator for the service or installation job to be executed.
5. Being responsible of using and keeping the tools provided proper and safe.
6. Execution of welding and grinding activities only with a hot permit and under safe conditions.
7. Lifting and tilting of equipment and constructions only with a permit to do so and under safe conditions
8. Being responsible for working hours and expenses reporting, according to the company policy.
9. Willingness to follow additional training sessions to continually improve competence level.

What do you need to be successful?
- Minimum 2 years of Field Engineer experience.
- Good command of English in word and writing, Knowledge of German or Spanish is a pre.
- Control of Electric and Argon welding.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Independence and willingness to travel over a 4-week periods.
- Flexible service mentality.
- Good Communication skills and showing responsibility.
- Result mindedness and ability to constructively communicate and report.
