Financial and Accounting Specialist

Financial Statements, Tax , VAT, CIT, Hybrid, Remote, Accountancy
For our Client, an international, manufacturing company located in Katowice, we are looking for the person to hold the position: Financial and Accounting Specialist. You can work in hybrid/remote model of work.

Your new role
  • Timely preparation of the annual financial statements according to local GAAP in various jurisdictions abroad.
  • Cooperation with external statutory auditors.
  • Timely submission of statistical and governmental reports.
  • Preparation and timely filling of VAT and Intrastat returns in various jurisdictions.
  • Calculation of deferred taxes and ensuring their proper presentation in financial statements.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Good command of English.
  • Accounting/finance educational background.
  • General knowledge of current and deferred income tax – how to calculate and prepare return.
  • Previous involvement in process of annual financial statement.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
