For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a Financial Controller who will support the Finance Director in overseeing the plant’s controlling activities. This role requires close collaboration with operational departments and active involvement in reporting, planning, and cost analysis processes.

Location: eastern outskirts of Warsaw

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the month-end closing process
  • Preparation of monthly cost reconciliations
  • Working capital control
  • Coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
  • Preparation of standard cost calculations and variance analysis
  • Acting as a finance business partner to other departments
  • Co-creation and oversight of the internal control system

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of management and cost accounting principles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, independence, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and production teams
