For our Client, a global biopharma company located in Poznań, we are currently searching for an experienced Candidate, who will join its structure at the position of Global Supply Chain and Contract Manufacturing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business with knowledge of the supply planning processes and systems in the areas of new assets/business integrations, network changes, business developments and contract manufacturing.
• Perform cross-functional impact assessments n supply chain planning systems and processes.
• Identify required changes to existing systems and processes templates and if required, support business case preparation and change delivery including necessary documentation.
• Ensure high performance of external contract manufacturing collaboration platform (Ariba system), drive improvements and implementation of new functionalities
• Work closely with supplier base, who deliver projects to ensure that standards and SOPs are clearly documented, understood and followed.

Requirements:

• Extensive Supply Chain experience in cross-functional supply chain network and systems modelling
• Expertise and knowledge of supply chain processes and collaboration platforms in contract manufacturing area
• Good knowledge of SAP system
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in Pharma or FMCG industry
• Experience in working with Contract Manufacturing Organization
