Our customer is starting a new private school with a cosmopolitan profile. This International School combines the German curriculum with the internationally recognized IB (International Baccalaureate) standards.

• Shape newly founded International School from A to Z: Take responsibility for the evolution of our customer's school both regionally and internationally
• Provide guidance and inspiration for the overall development of the new international school
• Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the school’s mission and goals
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture that promotes student and staff well-being
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning across all grade levels
• Coordinate the Hessian core curriculum with the international IB curriculum
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for the school, representing it to all stakeholders
• Represent the school at regional and international events
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the wider community

• You hold a teaching degree (second state examination or Master of Education) or an equivalent qualification
• You possess teaching experience, providing you with valuable practical insights.
• You have leadership experience (e.g. as a coordinator, team-leader, school principal, vice principal, deputy head of school, etc.)
• English is your first language, and ideally, you also have proficiency in German.
• Familiarity with the IB curriculum
• You are known for your pioneering spirit, excellent communication skills, initiative, innovative thinking, and a broad perspective.
