• Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Learning and Development: Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and best practices.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through engagement surveys, recognition programs, and employee events.
• Change Management: Lead HR aspects of organisational change, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a similar role, including 2 years min. in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English language skills min. B2+/C1
