What you’ll do:
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Administration & Employee Services team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle
Ensure precise and reliable PA/OM data management across core HR systems (SAP HCM, OneHRIS, MyHR)
Deliver accurate recurring and ad‑hoc HR reports, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and clarity
Secure full compliance with labor law, internal policies, GDPR, and audit standards, maintaining robust HR governance
Drive process optimization, standardization, and digital improvements, contributing to HR transformation and efficiency gains
What you bring:
3+ years in a leadership or coordination role.
Proven experience in HR Administration and strong knowledge of HR systems (especially SAP HR/HCM)
Deep understanding of PA/OM structures, HR data governance, and system accuracy
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor law basics, and GDPR
Advanced English and German language skills,
