HR Specialist with German / Dutch

Apply if you have experience in managing HR processes and speak German or Dutch at B2/C1 level.
The role provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You'll be responsible for the administrative handling of the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, while ensuring smooth cooperation with payroll and HR teams to deliver timely payroll processing and reporting. The position also focuses on delivering high-quality HR administrative services across different employee groups and supports staff in HR-related matters in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and HR Managers.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees and managers
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (hiring, changes, exits)
  • Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g. SAP / SuccessFactors)
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide payroll-related data on time
  • Support onboarding and coordinate with departments
  • Process changes such as promotions, transfers, working hours and leave
  • Prepare payroll-related data and support payroll administration
  • Support employees with HR policies, benefits and life events (e.g. maternity, illness)
  • Provide second-level support for HR systems and time tracking
  • Liaise with external authorities (e.g. social insurance offices)
  • Assist in annual HR processes (performance reviews, salary cycles)
  • Support HR projects and process improvements


Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the HR area
  • English – B2/C1
  • German – B2/C1
  • Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Experience in administrative payroll area


Nice to have:
  • University degree - Human Resources / Administration and others
  • French / Italian / Spanish / Dutch language skills
  • Familiarity or general understanding of Austrian / Belgian / Swiss labour law

  • Hybrid - 3 times per week from the office located in Warsaw

  • Salary range: 9 000 - 13 000 PLN gross
