Your responsibilities :
  • Managing work of Compensation and Benefits Team
  • Ensuring delivery of services within SLAs, achieving KPIs and high-quality support
  • Coaching and mentoring the team members
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring urgent requests and escalations are taken care of

Our requirements:
  • Min. 3 years of experience in benefits and compensation processes
  • Willingness to develop people management skills
  • English min. C1 level
  • German min B1 level
  • Proficient in Excel
