• Independently managing the full accounting of the company in line with local regulations and Group standards.
• Handling AR/AP processes, including receivables control and accurate settlement of expenses and VAT.
• Preparing key tax filings, including VAT, CIT, and KSeF reporting.
• Cooperating with an external payroll provider and overseeing the accuracy of payroll settlements.
• Performing month-end closing activities, including provisions, reconciliations, balance analysis, and preparation of reports for management and headquarters.
• Coordinating the annual financial statement process and cooperating with auditors and external institutions.
• Ongoing cooperation with international finance teams and representing the Polish entity in communications with headquarters.

• Experience working in an international environment- preferred.
• Very good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and independence.
• Practical, proactive, hands-on approach to daily tasks.
• Very good command of English.
