Your new role

  • Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive IT, OT, and IoT infrastructure, including servers and virtualization, storage systems, data management platforms, and IT/OT/IoT solution integration
  • Managing local domain infrastructure and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 services (O365) and providing user support
  • Leading migration and modernization projects
  • Monitoring resource performance and ensuring SLA/SLO/SLI compliance for key services
  • Handling critical incidents and minimizing downtime
  • Ensuring high availability, service continuity, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning (BCP/DRP)
  • Developing and enforcing strategies for network and server infrastructure, including cloud migration and containerization/modernization initiatives
  • Managing infrastructure budgets, optimizing operational costs, and overseeing licensing and hardware assets
  • Supervising incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes (ITIL/ITSM)
  • Leading a team of IT/OT/IoT specialists

What you'll need to succeed

  • Higher technical education (IT, engineering, telecommunications) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing IT/OT/IoT infrastructure, including large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing network infrastructure in large organizations and virtualized environments (VMware)
  • Experience designing and maintaining production-supporting OT/IoT infrastructure
  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and DRP/BCP planning
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco solutions
  • Familiarity with storage systems (Dell, QNAP, etc.) and backup/recovery tools (Veeam, Commvault)
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Understanding of IT security concepts (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, configuration management)
  • English proficiency sufficient for fluent business communication
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Valid category B driving license
