Key Responsibilities
Deliver desktop support for Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory, including troubleshooting user issues and managing accounts.
Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware such as laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
Support basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, VPN, and network devices.
Assist with Windows Server–related tasks such as user management, permissions, and basic administration.
Provide support in virtualized environments; exposure to VMware or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
Communicate effectively with users, maintaining a customer‑focused approach and ensuring a positive support experience.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong hands‑on experience in desktop support and end‑user troubleshooting.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
Experience with hardware deployment and lifecycle management.
Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
High empathy and responsiveness toward user needs
Strong prioritization and incident‑triage abilities
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
