Your new company is an international organization developing backend systems supporting business operations, integrations and large‑scale data processing across multiple European countries. Your new role

• Building and enhancing backend services in Java,
• Designing and implementing Restful APIs,
• Developing integrations with internal and external systems,
• Working on both new functionalities and improvements to existing enterprise solutions,
• Troubleshooting, debugging and performing root cause analysis,
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to development standards,
• Supporting CI/CD processes and deployment activities,
• Collaborating with international teams, including colleagues in Poland and Germany.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development,
• Experience in backend development and building REST APIs,
• Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar frameworks,
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar),
• Good knowledge of Git and Maven,
• Understanding of event‑driven communication and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka),
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams,
• Strong communication skills and openness to international collaboration,
• English at B2 level or higher.
