Within this position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to British clients. Your duties will include building and maintaining relationship with clients, understanding their needs and resolving their problems. .
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English – min. C1 level. Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
