Junior Accountant- afternoon shift

You will be responsible for driving growth by providing a high level of customer service.
For our client an international company with SSC located in Kraków, we are looking for Junior Accountant who will join the Invoice to Cash Team.

Scope of responsibilities
  • Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding invoices.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from external customers.
  • Responding to inquiries and requests from internal teams and external customers.
  • Evaluating and resolving credit hold issues.
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
  • Updating account status and collection efforts.
  • Taking actions to encourage timely debt payments.
  • Annual review of process documentation.

Our requirements:
  • Previous experience in the area of customer service in the international environment
  • Completed studies in the field of Finance and Accounting will be an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Previous experience in SAP system will be an asset
  • Strong English skills both in speaking and writing.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
