About the Company
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client – a dynamic and expanding Shared Services Center based in Gdańsk. This global organization offers exciting opportunities for recent graduates in finance or related fields.

Position Overview
As a Junior Finance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial operations within the Shared Services team, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency across various processes.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks may include:
  • Handling financial documentation such as invoices, expense reports, and payments
  • Maintaining master data and addressing queries from vendors and clients
  • Assisting with account reconciliations and processing incoming payments
  • Supporting month-end close procedures and preparing journal entries
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and maintaining data integrity
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations
  • Participating in process transitions and contributing to ongoing improvements


What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in finance (internship or entry-level role) is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international setting
