Are you ready to grow your career in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, logistics, and SAP systems? We are looking for individuals who already have some experience in customer support—preferably in a B2B environment—and want to take the next step in their professional development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support customers throughout the entire OTC process—from order entry to delivery.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints and provide professional, timely responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, transport) locally and internationally.
  • Work in SAP SD and ensure documentation complies with company and legal standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service (e.g., call center, B2B support, back-office) or working with SAP systems.
  • Strong English skills (C1) and proficiency in Italian(B2/C1)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
