For our client who is a renowned automotive brand opening its office in Kraków, we are looking for an Office Manager. You will be supporting the creation of a new Shared Service Center (SSC).
Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Facilities Coordination: Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Vendor Relations: Be the point of contact for external companies and vendors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, HRBP Global, and accounting teams.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing the administrative budget.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German: Proficiency at a native or near-native level.
- English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills (C1 level).
- Previous experience in office management or related roles.
- Knowledge of MS Office: Especially Excel.
- A go-getter who takes charge and adapts quickly.
- Radiate enthusiasm and maintain a vibrant work atmosphere.
