Payroll Team Leader with Danish and English

We’re looking for a Payroll Team Leader with Danish and English for our client – a well-known brand with an office located in Poznań.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient and qualitative personal administration/payroll service delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements.
  • Supervise monthly and year-end payroll activities.
  • Support the team, acting as first point of contact and resolving escalations.
  • Participating in recruitment of new team members.
  • Taking an active role in coaching and developing team knowledge; coordinating training.

Qualifications and skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll environment (with min. 3 years of experience).
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in people management – nice to have.
  • Experience in transition of processes, migration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package – especially Excel.
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused background.
