• Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑country payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance across multiple regions
• Manage workload distribution and priorities, securing alignment with payroll calendars and SLAs Drive standardization and optimization of payroll processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and regional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support internal and external audits and maintain a strong payroll control framework Resolve complex payroll issues, escalating critical risks when necessary

• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Strong hands‑on expertise in multi‑country payroll operations
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management
• advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of payroll controls, compliance, and risk management
• Fluency in English and German
