About our client
Our client is an international organization operating within the financial services sector, supporting global business operations through advanced technology and business services. The company combines expertise in digital solutions with strong analytical and operational capabilities, delivering high-quality support to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities
•Analyse insurance-related processes (e.g. claims, policy administration, shared services) to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities using process mining tools
•Investigate root causes of process gaps and define relevant KPIs in cooperation with business stakeholders and data teams
•Plan and coordinate process improvement initiatives, including international projects and value-driven workshops
•Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including management-level audiences
•Assess and quantify the financial impact of proposed improvements and support implementation of optimization measures
•Translate business needs into technical requirements and support development of tailored analytical solutions
•Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment between operational processes, data, and system capabilities

Requirements
•Very good command of English (min. C1), used in an international environment
•About 3 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or process management within financial services (preferably insurance)
•Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to identify improvement opportunities
•Good understanding of business processes, financial metrics, and operational frameworks within financial institutions
•Ability to challenge existing processes and propose practical improvements
•Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT areas
•Knowledge of German (written and spoken)
•Experience with process mining tools
•Familiarity with Celonis (nice to have)
•Certifications in project management or process improvement
