For our client we are looking for a person to join the company as Operational Procurement Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
• Manages a team of around 10 individuals (maintains a high level of motivation, Supports team members with individual development plans, conducts team meetings etc.)
• Executes operational activities within their area of expertise
• Manages attendance records for direct reports, tracking reported work hours, attendance, and holidays
• Conducts performance appraisals, goal-setting interviews, and other HR tasks with the support of the Manager
• Maintains up-to-date and properly documented operational procedures, ensuring their proper execution
• Proactively identifies potential issues and proposes suitable solutions, escalating when necessary
• Interacts with stakeholders and reports outcomes
• Reports and addresses SLA/KPIs/measurement for transactional activities in the dedicated area
• Assists the Manager in implementing changes related to ways of working and continuous improvement to improve quality
