Profile:

- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

- Strong communication skills and ease working with multiple teams

- Experience in using collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence or similar)

- Knowledge of project management

- Basic knowledge of PMBOK or similar frameworks

- Experience in supporting IT, consulting or integration projects preferred (not required)

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of German

- Knowledge of Excel/reporting

- Knowledge of additional European languages

Role description:

We are looking for a project controller to join the Enterprise Advisory Services (EAS) team and support the implementation of large transformation and integration projects across Europe. This position is ideal for someone with a structured mindset, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic project management knowledge. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and technical teams to ensure project oversight, documentation accuracy, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of multiple work streams. This is a project coordination and control role, not a senior project manager role—ideal for someone who excels at creating structure in dynamic environments and keeping programs on track.

Responsibilities

- Project coordination and management
- Maintaining project schedules, task tracking tools, and reporting dashboards

- Supporting project managers and program managers in planning activities across multiple teams

- Ensuring compliance with management processes, including documentation updates

- Coordinating activities with technical teams, customer stakeholders, and suppliers
