For our International Client, a global company located in Krakow, we are looking for Translation Project Manager, fluent in German. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of translation projects in accordance with client requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of translation projects in accordance with the standards and expectations of clients
• Monitoring the team's work and the whole project lifecycle process
• Managing the project’s budget
• Ongoing contact with customers, maintaining long-term relationships, Representing the organisation to customers
• Guaranteeing customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

• Fluently German (at least C1)
• Very good English (B2 level)
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Ability to work under time pressure and excellent communication skills
• Multitasking, organisation skills
