- specifying business requirements in collaboration with our American team, transforming them into User Stories and supervising their implementation
- being a communication channel between the business and the development team
- scheduling and coordinating work, managing backlog of ongoing projects
- cooperation in the valuation and new projects planning
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner
- experience in working in agile framework (knowledge of SCRUM, ability of create User Stories and managing backlog)
- experience in scheduling
- knowledge of tools like Jira/Redmine/YouTrack
- high leadership and interpersonal skills
- fluent English, openness to work in an international team
- independence and the ability to obtain the necessary information
- experience as an analyst, knowledge of BPMN/UML notations will be an additional asset
