  • specifying business requirements in collaboration with our American team, transforming them into User Stories and supervising their implementation
  • being a communication channel between the business and the development team
  • scheduling and coordinating work, managing backlog of ongoing projects
  • cooperation in the valuation and new projects planning


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner
  • experience in working in agile framework (knowledge of SCRUM, ability of create User Stories and managing backlog)
  • experience in scheduling
  • knowledge of tools like Jira/Redmine/YouTrack
  • high leadership and interpersonal skills
  • fluent English, openness to work in an international team
  • independence and the ability to obtain the necessary information
  • experience as an analyst, knowledge of BPMN/UML notations will be an additional asset
