Junior Accountant; PTP; AP
Become part of ISS Finance Service Center in Gdańsk and join the company at an exciting time of growth and expansion. Our Client offers you the opportunity to develop your career within Purchase to Pay (P2P), exploring areas such as Transaction Processing, Cash & Payments, and Account Management.

Main responsibilities:
  • Process and scan supplier invoices (PDF and e‑invoices) in systems
  • Validate invoices, resolve exceptions, and support invoice matching and approvals
  • Provide Tier 1 support for supplier and business P2P queries via email
  • Support payments and reconciliations, including error handling and month‑end activities
  • Perform basic account reconciliations and support month‑end close tasks

Professional Skills:
  • University degree in Finance / Accounting or final year of studies
  • First experience in finance, accounting, or shared services (including internships)
  • Very good English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
  • Team player with a problem‑solving attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
