Your new company : This is an international bank that is looking for a candidate for the position: Recruitment Quality Specialist.

Your new role :

• Helping to manage a large perm and vendor hiring project,
• Matching candidates and job adverts across a global portfolio,
• Job advert reviews and training,
• Reporting progress and issues.

What you'll need to succeed :

• Previously worked in a recruitment role for 2 or more years, ideally within the finance sector,
• You must be comfortable using Excel, experience using pivots and XLOOKUPs in Excel is a bonus, but full training will be provided,
• Comfortable communicating in English with a broad set of people both orally and written,
• Experience of being an active part of a project spanning at least six months,
• Practical experience creating dynamic forms in Word is a benefit, but not essential.
