RTR Accountant

Katowice — hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)
We are currently looking for a GL Accountant / RTR Accountant to join our client finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with solid accounting experience and hands-on exposure to key Record-to-Report processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end General Ledger (GL) or RTR activities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
  • Support key accounting areas such as:
- Payroll accounting
- Fixed assets (capitalization, depreciation, asset reconciliations)
- Inventory accounting
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports and support audits.
  • Cooperate closely with other finance teams (AP, AR, FP&A) and business stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience in GL, RTR, or overall accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and end‑to‑end month‑end closing processes.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (4 days in the office).
