RTR Associate with English

RTR; R2R; GL
For the ISS Global Finance Service Centre in Gdańsk, we are looking for an experienced RTR Associate who will deliver front‑office Record to Report transactional services to the business.
The role focuses on processing journal entries and cost allocations, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting high‑quality month‑end close activities. The RTR Associate ensures the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, handles post‑close queries, and promotes best practices in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

Main responsibilities:
  • Process standard and recurring journal entries in line with accounting policies
  • Support cash management, including bank uploads and reconciliations
  • Execute cost allocations and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support month‑end close activities and accounting quality checks
  • Perform intercompany accounting tasks
  • Maintain and update process documentation
  • Support ad hoc RTR activities as required

Professional Skills:
  • University degree in Finance / Accounting or final year of studies
  • Minimum 2 years of RTR experience
  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
  • Very good English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in a Finance Shared Service Centre is an advantage
