SAP FICO Business Analyst / Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Business Analyst / Consultant!
For our client, Aryzta - a leading company in the food industry with a strong presence across the EMEA region, we are seeking a highly skilled candidate with strong expertise in Controlling (CO) processes and deep knowledge of SAP ERP.

Role Overview:
The SAP FICO Business Analyst / Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting financial and controlling processes within SAP (S/4HANA or ECC). The role involves both day-to-day system support and participation in implementation, optimisation, and integration projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform SAP FI/CO configuration (Customizing) using SPRO.
  • Analyse data in SAP using SE16n and work with key tables such as ACDOCA, BSEG, BKPF, CE1/CE2/CE3.
  • Participate in SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and user support.
  • Support Controlling processes, including:
  • Costing-based and Account-based approaches
  • Margin Analysis
  • Manage processes such as:
  • Product Costing
  • Profit Centre and Cost Centre Accounting
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Internal Orders and WBS (Workbench Structures)
  • Cost allocation methods and variance analysis
  • Develop reports and analytics using tools such as:
  • Embedded Analytics
  • Power BI
  • ZQUERY, KE30
  • Configure and maintain GL Validations and Substitutions.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience with SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA or ECC).
  • Knowledge of SPRO and SE16n transactions.
  • Familiarity with key FI/CO tables and reporting tools.
  • Experience in SAP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Controlling and Finance processes in SAP.
  • Reporting experience with Embedded Analytics and/or Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GL Validations and Substitutions.
  • English B2/C1
