For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for Senior Financial Manager, who will be responsible for all financial aspects in Polish SSC.

Within this role you will be responsible mainly for:

• Creating, developing, managing financial strategy in SSC in Poland
• Preparing P&L, budgets and forecasts for the company
• Process flow review and improvement implementation
• Participation in transformation projects
• Executing internal control activities and SOX Control
• Performing monthly/quarterly/year-end closure activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience on a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• Professional working knowledge of English
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP
• Knowledge of TAX, VAT, CIT, PIT
• Ability to prepare financial reports and statements.
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Experience in SSC/GBS environment and people management
