For our client, an international company located in Prague (Czech Republic), we are currently searching for a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their team in a hybrid working model.

Your new role

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP Finance & Controlling solutions while ensuring stable system performance. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions and drive system improvements.
A key aspect of this role is contributing to a greenfield S/4HANA implementation, where you will actively participate in shaping a new Finance landscape and supporting the transition from the current environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to influence the design of a modern SAP Finance setup and collaborate closely with Finance teams in a highly visible project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues within SAP FI/CO processes
  • Gather and assess business requirements and evaluate feasibility within SAP standard capabilities
  • Design and implement effective SAP solutions aligned with business needs
  • Support system deployments, including test planning and execution
  • Provide guidance and training to key users and end users
  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly way
  • Prepare project documentation and share updates with stakeholders


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, including end-to-end process ownership
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
  • Experience with SAP implementations or large transformation programs
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Experience with testing, deployment, and user support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach with a high level of accountability
  • Fluent English
