Job Description:
The Sourcing Professional will be responsible for all contracting duties supporting the Financial Technology (FinTech) Sourcing Category . The team and support staff are currently located in US, Poland and India. The team operates in-office and remotely and covers global hours as required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep dive spend analysis to identify, assess and implement cost savings opportunities including issuance of RFPs and competitive events, supplier consolidation, commercial negotiations (volume discounts/ price reductions).
• Lead and negotiate highly complex contract negotiations with deep understanding of supplier commercials, and other complex contract issues including SaaS, MSAs, SOW, Terminations and NDAs
• Independently reviews and analyses contract asks, effectively communicates requirements and determines solutions and actions in response to contract asks.
• Serves as the direct point of contact for negotiations with contracting parties.
• Conducts complex research to support contract negotiations and compiles findings into an appropriate, intuitive format.
• Set up regular meetings with key partners to review and prioritize deal pipeline and identify engagement opportunities early.
• Serves as the direct point of contact for negotiations with contracting parties.
